Arrival

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, we kindly request that you arrive at Joicy's Haven at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows for a smooth check-in and time to relax before your treatment.

Late Arrival

We encourage early arrival to ensure your treatment begins on time. Please note that late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment to avoid inconveniencing the next client.

Cancellation Policy

At Joicy's Haven, we value both your time and ours. Please take note of our cancellation policies:

• Cancellation/Rescheduling: Kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly.
• No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the full fee for the reserved service will be charged.

Payment Validity

Payments made for services are valid for one month from the purchase date.

Reservations

Advance bookings are highly recommended to secure your preferred time. To confirm your reservation, we require a partial payment in advance. Without this payment, reservations cannot be guaranteed. Full payment is required prior to receiving any service.

Refund Policy

At Joicy's Haven, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please take note of our refund policy:

• Services: All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds for individual services, service packages, or series, whether they are used or unused.
• Products: Refunds or exchanges are available for unused products within 24 hours of purchase, provided they are returned with the original receipt and in their original packaging.
